Tony’s life is a study in extremes with early trauma, rapid success, devastating failure, and ultimately, discovering purpose–adding value to others.

As a child, Tony endured repeated sexual abuse, shaping years of internal struggle with anger, isolation, and addiction. Raised in a supportive middle-class family, he had every opportunity outwardly, yet battled deeply with what nobody else knew had happened.

By age 23, after early financial success, Tony lost everything. Unemployed, facing foreclosure, and heavily addicted to cocaine, he became involved in an illegal resale operation—rationalizing his role while ignoring his values. Though he eventually walked away and got sober, he was arrested a year later, landing him in one of America’s worst jails with an unattainable bail.

That experience became a defining inflection point. Tony clearly saw the cause-and-effect relationship between values and outcomes: when values are compromised, consequences follow; when they are upheld, lives begin to change.

Eventually, Tony rebuilt his life—living in Palm Beach and operating a niche business—but inwardly remained unsettled. In 2009, that success collapsed. He went from Ferraris to food stamps. Struggling for years to find solid opportunities and stability, he gained firsthand insight into systemic barriers and the harsh reality of limited resources when desperate for another chance.

Rather than harden, his heart deepened. In 2015, after attending a John Maxwell event, Tony found a renewed sense of purpose, but vexed finding his niche. Within a month of certification he found himself in jail again, this time wrongfully arrested. It’s one thing to pay your debt to society when you’re guilty, but when you are innocent, you cannot capture that pain in words. It was however, in that jail where purpose met destiny.

Surrounded by a captive audience (some claiming innocence) Tony learned not to let circumstances get in the way of purpose. Use that purpose to change those circumstances. He had a natural instinct for helping others navigate trauma, addiction, poor decisions, and broken systems. Fellow inmates sought his guidance, not because he had all the answers, but because he understood.

From these experiences, CORE AxisAI was born to scale across institutions, industries, and digital ecosystems as a values-based alignment system capable of global impacts. It is grounded not in theory, but in lived experience across the full spectrum of human struggle and success. His work bridges the gap between where people are and where they are capable of going—because he has lived both. Built to transform man and machine in lockstep–that's the spirit from which Tony designed CORE AxisAI. It is the foundation of this mission we have proudly signed on for.

Cody Boyle, Chief Operating Officer (COO), is an accomplished technology executive known for transforming complex environments into scalable, customer‑centric delivery engines. With more than 25 years of experience in cloud modernization, digital transformation, and enterprise operations, he has built a career around aligning people, process, and technology to drive measurable business outcomes.

Cody’s leadership philosophy is rooted in a global upbringing. He spent his childhood in Central and South America, where his father led major construction projects for international companies. Those early years shaped his worldview—teaching him adaptability, cultural fluency, and the importance of building trust across diverse communities. When his family returned to Idaho Falls, he finished high school and spent several years working three jobs while trying to attend ISU. That period of grit and self‑reliance ultimately led him to make a pivotal decision: to join the United States Air Force. The Air Force became the foundation of his discipline, technical fluency, and mission‑first mindset.

During his tenure as Senior Director at Microsoft Federal, Cody led a 150‑person Customer Success organization supporting more than 200 enterprise cloud engagements. He consistently delivered multimillion‑dollar growth, strengthened operational rigor, and accelerated Azure adoption by 236%, generating over $400 million in revenue. His leadership is defined by clarity, accountability, and a deep commitment to empowering teams to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.

Cody is bilingual in Spanish, maintains an active TS clearance, and brings a rare blend of operational excellence, global perspective, and mission‑driven leadership to every organization he serves.

Leyla Sulaiman, Chief Commercial Officer, has 19+ years of experience in marketing, sales, product development, and customer service. But her career didn’t start that way. She started her career as an internal auditor and was laid off 6 months later – last one in, is the first one out. Horrifying at the time, but also a very important reset, she just didn’t know it then. She started working as a Kelly girl on temporary assignments from phone operator, greeter, receptionist to medical files, accounting, and everything in between. This is where she finally understood that liking her job was directly tied to interacting with people, not just analyzing internal system reports and solving problems. While at Phillip Morris (Altria Group), she conceived, co-designed and implemented an automated fixture ordering process used by 7,000 representatives nationally. To be clear, she’s not a techie; she just wanted a way to convert faxed fixture orders into a digital format for delivery, installation and financial tracking. Problem solved. She also worked with some of the largest retailers and intimately understands the importance of customer relationships. That’s exactly why Microsoft Corp hired her: people skills, managing teams, working with customers and building relationships. She started by managing a global team of dispatchers responsible for identifying engineers for critical onsite work at customer sites within 24 hours of notification, eventually moving into a dedicated engineering manager for some of their largest accounts. She specializes in high-stakes conversations where clarity, timing, and judgment matter. She is proud to be a part of Core AxisAI because the opportunity here is foundational: ensuring human accountability remains part of the control surface as AI accelerates.

Richard Johnson, Director of Government Affairs, is a seasoned public safety leader with 25 years of law enforcement experience rooted in community and problem‑solving policing. Richard started his career at the University of Nebraska Police Department as an intern. After graduation he worked for Sidney Nebraska Police Department for a year.  He was hired by Fort Collins Police Department where he worked for 23 years. He is known for building collaborative solutions across schools, local agencies, and state partners to keep communities safe while preserving trust and transparency. Social media created new risks for our youth and there was a need for new education.  Richard helped write and implement internet safety training curriculum for local and state government agencies in Colorado at the onset of social media. For the last eight years he served as a Juvenile Detective and School Resource Officer, where he led cross‑agency efforts to develop and refine active shooter protocols and internet safety education for students and parents. He is a Master Firearms Instructor for the state of Colorado and oversaw his agency’s firearms program. His assignments also include service on SWAT, the Larimer County Drug Task Force, co‑coordinator of the Peer Support Team, and Field Training Officer roles that shaped the next generation of officers. Richard retired from Fort Collins Police Services in 2010. The mission to protect and serve the public continues with CORE Axis AI.  Richard holds a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska and an MA in Community Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado.
